This course is available to service providers who may offer services to African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) individuals who also identify as 2SLGBTQI+. The Journey Mapping Project from which this course was built, focuses on the lived experiences of ACB 2SLGBTQI+ youth who currently reside in Canada and have accessed services and interacted with healthcare, mental health, addiction supports and justice agencies and entities. Interviews with participants, focus groups comprising of various service providers and a curriculum development team made up of experts; were all involved in the creation of this course that aims to sensitize service providers to the unique needs of ACB 2SLBGTQI+ individuals in Canada.
